Modest Mouse have announced the inaugural Psychic Salamander Festival, a two-day music festival at Remlinger Farms, in Carnation, Washington. It’s set to take place on Saturday, September 13, and Sunday, September 14, and will feature two headlining sets from Isaac Brock and his band, alongside performances from Built to Spill, Sleater-Kinney, and the Flaming Lips, who will perform their 1999 album The Soft Bulletin in full at their Sunday show. See the full lineup below.

Earlier this month, Modest Mouse announced Ice Cream Floats, a five-day music festival that will take place in 2026 on the Norwegian Pearl cruise ship. In March, the band kicked off their international co-headlining tour with the Flaming Lips, which will continue through September with stops in Europe, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States. Last year, they reissued their 2004 album Good News for People Who Love Bad News to celebrate its 20th anniversary.
