Veteran sportswriter Mike Lupica was a guest on MSNBC’s “The Beat with Ari Melber” earlier this week to talk about President Trump’s former National Security advisor Michael Flynn, who is currently cooperating with special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russian interference of the 2016 election. While discussing Flynn, Lupica managed to quote lyrics from MF DOOM’s “Rapp Snitch Knishes,” from 2004’s Mm.. Food.
“I was just going to tell you that I know what you were thinking about Michael Flynn today,” he said to Melber. (Ari Melber is a noted hip-hop fan who often references lyrics during his show.) “It was the old MF DOOM line: “Snitches tellin’ all their business/Sittin’ in court and bein’ their own star witness.” Watch that below.
