Things just keep getting worse for A$AP Rocky. The rapper, who was arrested in Stockholm last week following an alleged assault, is currently being held for two weeks in a Swedish jail as per a court order.
Apparently, Rocky is facing deplorable, inhumane conditions in the Swedish pre-trial detention center. According to TMZ sources, Rocky is sleeping on a yoga mat and has not been given clean water or edible food. Rocky has spent his first five days in prison only eating an apple each day. To make matters worse, Rocky’s neighboring cellmate is struggling with mental health issues and spends his days banging his head against the concrete wall and flinging his feces.
The unclean, “disease-ridden” facilities have gone further by denying Rocky of his rights under the Vienna Convention treaty and have not allowed him to speak with a U.S. Consulate official. According to sources, Swedish authorities do not want U.S. officials to see the conditions in which Rocky is currently living. If convicted, Rocky faces a sentence of up to six years.
