Arcade Fire’s Win Butler and Régine Chassagne are featured on a new song by the Haitian music collective Lakou Mizik and New Orleans crew 79rs Gang. “Iko Kreyòl,” which also features frequent Arcade Fire collaborators Preservation Hall Jazz Band, is an reimagining of the New Orleans standard “Iko Iko,” typically heard around Mardi Gras. The new song features verses in both English and Haitian creole. Check it out below, as well as a DJ Windows 98 (Win Butler) remix of the track.

The second annual Krewe du Kanaval, co-founded by Win and Régine, takes place tomorrow, February 22. It will feature a concert performance called the Kanaval Ball, with sets by Boukman Eksperyans, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Diplo and Jillionaire, DJ Windows 98 and more.
