Axl Rose can now add “Looney Tunes character” to his list of career accomplishments. The Guns N’ Roses frontman will appear in an upcoming episode of the Boomerang animated series “New Looney Tunes,” seemingly as himself, as CoS points out. The episode features a musical number, in which Bugs Bunny and co. must perform a song called “Rock the Rock” (sung by Axl, of course) in order to prevent an anthropomorphic asteroid from colliding with the earth.
The new song marks the first new recorded work from Axl Rose since the release of Guns N’ Roses’ Chinese Democracy in 2008. Find a clip of animated Axl below.
