Ahead of their co-headlining tour, Beck and Phoenix have joined forces for a new collaborative song, “Odyssey”  The single—written, produced, and performed by Beck and Phoenix—has vocals from Beck and Phoenix’s Thomas Mars. Listen to the new song below.

The indie rock heavyweights will kick off one of the most anticipated tours of the summer on August 1 in Seattle, Washington, before making their way across the United States and Canada. The trek comes to an end on September 10 at Maryland’s famed Merriweather Post Pavilion. Opening select dates are Jenny Lewis, Japanese Breakfast, Weyes Blood, and Sir Chloe.

Beck most recently issued Hyperspace in 2019. He was nominated for Best Rock Performance at the 2023 Grammy Awards for his “Old Man” cover.

As for Phoenix, they rolled out Alpha Zulu, their first album since 2017’s Ti Amo, last November. Earlier this month, Phoenix brought out Pusha T during their set at We Love Green Festival in Paris. The rapper added a new verse to a song that blended their early track “Funky Squaredance” with the Alpha Zulu cut “All Eyes on Me.”
