Big Freedia and Ben & Jerry’s have collaborated on a signature ice cream flavor. Big Freedia’s Bouncing Beignets is a vanilla ice cream with a bourbon caramel swirl. The flavor was unveiled and served yesterday (July 6) at an event at the Republic New Orleans. Bouncing Beignets is not currently available in stores, but a Ben & Jerry’s spokesperson told The Times-Picayune that the company hopes to sell the flavor in the future.
