Christian Lee Hutson has released a new song called “Strawberry Lemonade.” It’s produced by Phoebe Bridgers and Conor Oberst and comes with a music video directed by Waley Wang. Check it out below.

According to Hutson, “Strawberry Lemonade” is a series of vignettes about memory, letting go, holding on, and “the relentless repackaging of 1960s culture.” Joining him on the track is Bright Eyes’ Nate Walcott on piano and trumpet, Hand Habits’ Meg Duffy on electric guitar, and Oberst and Sharon Silva on backup vocals.

Hutson’s debut album Beginners came out in 2020.
