The 2021 New Yorker Festival is set for October 4-10, with events streaming live online and taking place at various locations around New York. One standout event is an October 8 conversation between Foo Fighters’ Dave Grohl and New Yorker staff writer Kelefa Sanneh at Greenpoint, Brooklyn’s Skyline Drive-In. After the conversation, there’ll be a performance from Grohl, too.
Aimee Mann will also perform and converse at the Skyline Drive-In as part of the festivities. She’ll speak with New Yorker staff writer Atul Gawande, beginning around 6:30 p.m. Eaastern on Saturday, October 9.
In-person and virtual tickets are available for both the Grohl and Mann events. Readers can get 20% off tickets to any virtual New Yorker Festival event with the code PITCHFORK20. Get tickets here.
