The city of Denver has continued to stay ahead of its time. Yesterday, Denver citizens passed an initiative to decriminalize psilocybin mushrooms, more commonly known as psychedelic or magic mushrooms. Denver has made history in doing so as its the first city in the United States to decriminalize the use and possession of psychedelic mushrooms. In 2014, Colorado became one of the first states to legalize marijuana and its cannabis economy has exploded ever since. So it’s no surprise that just years later Denver has moved for further decriminalization. Some of our favorite DJs have already shown their support and excitement for Denver’s monumental move. For anyone heading to Red Rocks this summer, you’re in for a magical treat.
