Duke & Jones have had a banner career so far, leading to Zedd calling the duo one of his favorite new artists in the scene last summer. Now, for their second new track of 2019, they team up with singer FJØRA to release the fitful future bass single “Delusions” on Thrive Music.
“Delusions” is a slow burner, minimal and beautiful. FJØRA’s vocals provide a lot of the melody in the track while the sultry future bass synths simply glide along delicately. Textured bass stabs punctuate the silence in the drop, giving the track a little extra oomph and substance.
