While Ekali is already in the process of working on his upcoming solo album, he’s now shared an interest in a number of collaborations. In a tweet, Ekali asked fans who they’d like to see him collaborate with this year and the responses have been wild. Receiving almost 500 replies from fans and artists, Ekali has hinted that a number of collaborations are already in the works and has also expressed an interest in several suggestions. Topping the list, Ekali is apparently already in talks with Alison Wonderland, which would easily stand to be one of the hottest collaborations of the year. Ekali has also tossed some ideas back and forth with Illenium and Nitti Gritti. Amongst the list of suggestions, Ekali is very open to collaborating with Zeds Dead, WHIPPED Cream, graves, Kaivon, and Matroda. Hopefully some of these collabs will come to fruition in 2019.
