Eminem has moved to block two stars of The Real Housewives of Potomac from trademarking the name “Reasonably Shady” for their entertainment brand, as Page Six reports. The legal team for Marshall Mathers, who holds trademarks for both “Shady” and “Slim Shady,” argues in the filing that the name would create “unavoidable” confusion, leading consumers to believe the brand is “in some way connected or affiliated with” the Slim Shady empire. The Housewives stars, Gizelle Bryant and Robyn Dixon, who co-host the Reasonably Shady podcast, will defend the trademark application, their legal team said in a statement. “The trademarks are not confusingly similar,” the lawyer added, “and the services are not related.”

An attorney for Eminem declined to comment.
