There are few names this year that can be pointed to as such a wild anomaly as Fisher. The Australian producer Australian producer released one of this year’s most viral songs, “Losing It” – having already received a Grammy nomination for it, he now adds another accolade to his growing list. On the Billboard Dance Club Songs chart dated December 22, Fisher scores his first #1 on any Billboard chart with “Losing It.”

Writes Billboard, “‘Losing It’ hits No. 1 in its 17th week on the chart. In the history of Dance Club Songs, only two titles have taken longer to lead: Juliet Roberts ‘Caught in the Middle’ in July 1994 (19 weeks) and Tom Tom Club’s ‘Wordy Rappinhood’/’Genius of Love’ in January 1982 (18 weeks).”

“Losing It” is also still rising on other Billboard charts, but Fisher has to be feeling particularly great about this one. One might even say he’s losing it!
