Haywyre Releases ‘Panorama: Discover EP Independently!

After a two year hiatus from releases, Jazz-fusion prodigy Haywyre returns with his self-released EP ‘Panorama: Discover’. The EP contains 6 tracks that mark the beginning of a new era for the future-funk artist. Before his hiatus Haywyre was a leading figure in the melodic music scene with the release of his Two Fold Part1&2 albums, which broke into new territories in Electronic music. Inspired by an array clever musicians such as Herbie Hancock, Flying Lotus, and KOAN Sound, Haywyre simultaneously draws influence from lesser known prodigies such as 19th century Russian composer and pianist Sergei Rachmaninoff. Haywyre’s eclectic vision and fluid dexterity as a pianist parallels effortlessly with his wicked take on contemporary dance music. With this first part of the Panorama EP series, Haywyre comes at the heels of two critically acclaimed lead singles “Tell Me” and “Storyteller” two tracks which lay a vibrant foundation for the EP. Being a well versed keyboardist and proficient in his use of talkbox, a live Haywyre set leaves no stone unturned. And, after earning the admiration and respect of some of the biggest acts in the industry, Haywyre has since been inked as nationwide tour support for likes of Gramatik, Mat Zo, Zedd, and GRiZ. Panorama: Discover is contemporary disco at its apex, breathing life into a labyrinth of groovy soundscapes.

Haywyre recently said in an interview with Billboard “In a sense, this [Panorama: Discover] is as personal as it gets. I drew from everything I could. Moments of excitement, love, discovery, realization, connection, but also fear, insecurity, depression and disgust. I wanted the full spectrum. In another sense, it couldn’t be less personal, because Im avoiding the literal personal accounts that drove me to create this in the first place. I don’t want people hearing my story, I want people hearing their story in my music.”
