Just a few months ago we announced Jonny Grande, who’s earned my vote as one of the most exciting artists in the game right now, signing to 24-8 Management (joining artists like Herobust and Spag Heddy) and with that, a ratchet music video to his single “Purple Haze”.
Grande is back again, this time with a massive remix to Protohype’s “Fiyah” that truly lives up to its name. The original is incredible, and the remix does it perfect justice, with two drops that are surely going to shake up clubs. Grande’s sound design is impeccable and he seems to always find a way to introduce us to sounds we’ve not quite heard yet. Here’s what Jonny had to say about it:
“My goal for this remix was to take my favorite elements of Protohype’s track and crank up the Dirty South vibes and make the drops just as obnoxious as possible! haha”
