After another iconic week one with Childish Gambino, Cardi B, Kid Cudi, and Ariana Grande, Coachella’s week two will be even more iconic with a monumental headlining performance by Kanye West. Now, the world will be treated to a Sunday Service performance, courtesy of YouTube.
On Easter Sunday (April 21), Kanye West brings his new weekly gospel-driven choir service to Coachella Valley Festival. The set will take place at campsite labeled, “the Mountian,” a hillside on the festival’s campgrounds, at 9:00 a.m. PT.
Kanye-protege Kid Cudi headlined week one with a special tribute performance of “Pursuit of Happiness” to Nipsey Hussle and Mac Miller. Cudi and West released a collaboration project last year as the new group Kids See Ghosts. We’re hoping Cudi will be a special guest for West’s upcoming performance.
