Breezily shifting between airy, emotional soundscapes, Galaxies Within Us is an immersive experience that divulges the best that Kill Paris has to offer. Vibrant and emphatic, Galaxies Within Us combines all of Kill Paris’ signature elements from his electrifying keytar melodies to his keen ear for vocal talent. An easy standout amongst Kill Paris’ 15-track album is “Fizzy Lifting Drink,” which features none other than Big Gigantic and Brooklyn rapper Jimi Tents. Though it may be early in the year, Kill Paris’ sophomore album is definitely a contender for electronic album of the year.
