The first four albums by Los Angels punk band X will receive new vinyl reissues this year, via Fat Possum. Their debut, 1980’s Los Angeles, is due out February 22; 1981’s Wild Gift arrives March 22; and 1982’s Under the Big Black Sun and 1983’s More Fun in the New World finish the campaign on April 12. All albums have been remastered and will also be available digitally and on CD. Pre-orders of the full collection will include a bonus reissue of the band’s debut single, 1978’s “Adult Books/We’re Desperate.”
