Ezra Koenig’s animated Netflix series “Neo Yokio” returned last night with a Christmas special, and it features a new song by the Vampire Weekend frontman himself. The song is titled “Friend Like U,” and it was co-written by Koenig, iLoveMakonnen, and producer Bloodpop. In the show, it is sung by Arcangelo Corelli, the rival of main character Kaz Kaan (voiced by Jaden Smith). Find that around the 33-minute mark here. The end of the episode features a remix of the song with a verse from Smith as well.
