Marilyn Manson will plead no contest in New Hampshire to a misdemeanor simple assault charge, Billboard reports. The charge stems from an incident at a 2019 concert in Gilford where Manson allegedly blew his nose on a videographer. The rock musician was charged with two counts of simple assault, but the second charge will be dismissed with a negotiated plea deal, according to Billboard.

While Manson’s arrest warrant was issued in October 2019, he did not turn himself in to authorities until the spring of 2021. Manson, who had faced a potential jail sentence if found guilty, has denied the assault allegations. A judge is expected to hear Manson’s plea tomorrow, according to Billboard.
