Mothica released her Ashes EP toward the end of 2018, and now the official remixes are coming out, including this brilliant remix of “By Now” by Bronze Whale.
The original is a fantastic slow burner focusing, predictably, mostly on Mothica’s own vocals. Bronze Whale takes the phenomenal base track and puts their own, more electronic spin on it with some added drums and unique production on the drop. At the risk of being drowned out in the slowness of the track, the tempo is bumped up just enough to give it a more dancey vibe.
