A new David Bowie collection is on the way. THE ‘MERCURY’ DEMOS is out June 28 via Parlophone. The album collects 10 one-take recordings that Bowie made with John “Hutch” Hutchinson on guitars and vocals. Other than an early version of “Space Oddity” (which was included on Bowie’s Sound + Vision box set), the recordings are previously unreleased. Preview the collection, which comes in a replica of the original tape box, below.

Earlier this year, Parlophone released the Bowie box set Spying Through a Keyhole (Demos and Unreleased Songs). On May 7. the label will release another collection of 7″ vinyl singles called Clareville Grove Demos.
