Eric Holder—the Los Angeles man who was arrested in April and charged with murder for the shooting of Nipsey Hussle—has been hit with two additional charges, the L.A. District Attorney’s Office revealed. In April, Holder was charged with murder, possession of a firearm by a felon and two counts of attempted murder stemming from injuries sustained by other people at the scene of the shooting on March 31. The case was then revisited by a grand jury. Now, Holder is also being charged for two counts of assault with a firearm for the injured individuals.

Eric Holder previously pled not guilted for the murder of Nipsey Hussle. The rapper was fatally shot in front of his store Marathon Clothing Company in Los Angeles. He was 33.

Following his death, Hussle’s family and friends celebrated his life with a public memorial service at the Staples Center in L.A.
