Last night, Offset interrupted Cardi B during her headlining set at this year’s Rolling Loud in Los Angeles for an apology. While she was on stage, Offset walked on with roses and proceeded to publicly apologize for infidelity. Signs that read “TAKE ME BACK CARDI” were placed behind them by stage officials shortly beforehand. Cardi’s response was inaudible, but after an exchange of words, Offset walked off stage. Find footage of the incident below.

In a statement from Rolling Loud, co-founder Tariq Cherif said: “Headliners and their teams have full control of the stage and who is allowed on it during their set at Rolling Loud. The festival does not interfere with or influence a headliner’s set list. We have never and will never do anything to change a headliner’s set.” Cherif also said that Rolling Loud was “tipped off” about something happening, but had nothing to do “with the organization or execution of it.”

After her set, Cardi took to Instagram to speak about the situation and defend Offset from online trolls. “Violating my baby father is not going to make me feel any better, because at the end of the day, that’s still family,” she says in the video.

A few days ago, Offset posted an apology video to his wife on Instagram after she revealed that the two had split earlier this month following cheating allegations. The two have been married for a year. Offset’s debut solo album, originally scheduled to drop on December 14, has yet to receive a new release date.
