Offset is no longer faces felony charges for allegedly smashing a man’s phone, TMZ reports. Earlier this month, a warrant for the Migos rapper’s arrest was issued following the purported incident at a Target in Sandy Springs, Georgia. TMZ reports the case was closed by the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office; Offset and the man—identified as Junior Gibbons—allegedly settled the issue out of court.

In April, Offset was charged with a felony and two misdemeanors in Clayton County, Georgia for his July 2018 arrest for gun and marijuana possession.
