The Prince Estate has announced physical reissues of the late musician’s albums Rave Un2 the Joy Fantastic (1999) and its remix accompaniment Rave In2 the Joy Fantastic (2001). In partnership with Legacy Recordings and Sony Music Entertainment, Ultimate Rave is available April 26. Along with the two LPs, a full-length performance of Prince’s 1999 on-demand New Year’s Eve party—Prince In Concert: Rave Un2 the Year 2000—is also included in the 3-disc bundle reissue.

Rave Un2 the Joy Fantastic features Gwen Stefani, Eve, Chuck D, Sheryl Crow, and Ani DiFranco. The record’s remix, Rave In2 the Joy Fantastic, arrived two years later exclusively through Prince’s membership website NPG Music Club. Both records are available on a limited edition purple vinyl. Prince In Concert: Rave Un2 the Year 2000 includes 23 tracks and four “bonus grooves.” The show featured guest appearances from George Clinton, Lenny Kravitz, Larry Graham, and others.

Ultimate Rave’s release coincides with Prince’s Celebration 2019, the annual four-day event held at Paisley Park from April 25 to 28. This year, the Revolution, Funk Soldiers, Jesse Johnson, and more are set to play.
