It’s been almost a year since RL Grime unleashed his jaw-dropping NOVA album and he’s still riding that wave. Less than a week after releasing his entirely instrumental NOVA Pure album, RL Grime has teamed up with Wavo to launch a remix contest for his 24hrs featured hit “UCLA.” We’ve already seen two stacked remix packs featuring the likes of Valentino Khan, k?d, QUIX, 1788-L, Said The Sky, and more, yet, of the 22 remixes, there was only one official “UCLA” remix. RL Grime is now giving rising producers the opportunity to show their skills with his new remix contest. The winning producer will receive a cash prize of $250, an RL Grime t-shirt, and a NOVA pendant necklace. Submissions and voting close on June 13th. Enter the remix contest here.
