RL Grime is quickly putting Sable Valley at the forefront of everyone’s minds. Between the mysterious, edgy branding and stellar releases, RL Grime’s new imprint has kept fans on their toes. For Sable Valley’s new Spotify playlist, coincidentally titled “Research,” RL Grime culminated 30 tracks ranging in genre highlighting artists that have been catching his eye.
In addition to Sable Valley’s “Arcus” and “Christ Person, Woman God” releases, RL Grime includes tracks by longtime favorites Dog Blood, Flume, Gesaffelstein, Shlohmo, and Boys Noize. RL also added a variety of rising talents like G Jones, WHIPPED CREAM, and Whethan, who he’s spotted as potential Sable Valley talent. We do know that an RL Grime and Whethan collaboration is in the works and was previewed at EDC Mexico, and it very well could be one of Sable Valley’s next releases.
