After the release of “SOLACE,” RUFUS DU SOL took their talents across the world to give fans a chance to experience the album in an unforgettable way. Giving me the opportunity to come out for their stop in San Francisco, I was simply left speechless. Briding sounds from both old and new, we heard countless prominent records from their sophomore album “Bloom.”
The trio’s performance was flawless, the timing, stage presence, live vocals, and transitions could not have been executed more perfectly. Bringing a very minimal stage production on tour, the thesis for the entire allowed the audience to focus solely on the music and it worked. Across the venue were a sea of smiling faces, swaying hands, and dancing concert-goers. Attracting a much older crowder than you’d expect at Dance Music shows of today, the aura in that building is going to be tough to match. With our phones down, RUFUS DU SOL lets us all escape reality for one incredible Tuesday Night at the Bill Graham Auditorium. I highly recommend that you do not miss a chance to see this group on their extraordinary run.
