Summer Walker has recruited City Girls’ JT for a new single titled “Ex for a Reason,” the first from Walker’s forthcoming second album. Check it out below.
“Ex for a Reason” appears on Still Over It, Walker’s next full-length that’s due on November 5. She announced it earlier this month with a teaser video, featuring JT, that nodded to the album art for her 2019 debut Over It. She teased more album in an Instagram post that outlined a tracklisting, an opening song called “Bitter,” and an album closer featuring Ciara. Walker released the Life on Earth EP last year, and, more recently, gave birth to her first child in March.
After last year’s City on Lock, City Girls returned with “Twerkulator” and a video for the track directed by Missy Elliott.
