Tame Impala’s landmark album Lonerism turned 10 last year, and the band played it front-to-back at Desert Daze to mark the anniversary. Now, Tame Impala have announced a new Lonerism anniversary box set featuring the original album with a 24-page booklet, previously unreleased demos, and more. It comes out May 26. Tame Impala have a habit of expanding their albums into box sets. The group’s debut, Innerspeaker, got a 10th-anniversary box set in 2020. That came after Currents was expanded into a collectors edition in 2017. And, most recently, the deluxe box set of The Slow Rush was released last year.
