January 22 is Daniel Johnston’s birthday. It’s also Austin, Texas’ inaugural “Hi, How Are You Day” to support those struggling with mental health issues. To further celebrate Johnston’s music, ACL Live at the Moody Theater will host a tribute concert featuring the Flaming Lips, Built to Spill, Yo La Tengo, Bob Mould, the Black Angels, and others.
