The Weeknd, Lily-Rose Depp, and Jennie from Blackpink have shared a new song that they made for the HBO show The Idol. The Weeknd co-produced “One of the Girls” with Mike Dean and Sage Skolfield. Listen to the new song below.

Jennie plays Dyanne—a backup dancer for Depp’s pop star protagonist, Jocelyn—in The Idol. “One of the Girls” is Jennie’s first non-Blackpink song since 2018’s “Solo.”

Jennie and her Blackpink bandmates made history in April when they became the first K-pop artists to headline a night of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. The group performed during both weekends of the festival.

Earlier this month, Jennie left the stage early during a Blackpink concert in Melbourne, Australia. The band’s label said the departure was “due to her deteriorating condition.” Later, on her Instagram story, Jennie said, “I’m doing my best to recover [at the moment].”

“One of the Girls” is the second song from The Idol that Lily-Rose Depp has released. She previously shared “World Class Sinner / I’m a Freak.”
