Travis Scott has announced a tour called Utopia Presents Circus Maximus, which will head to arenas and stadiums across North America this fall. It follows yesterday’s set at Rome’s Circus Maximus, which featured performances of several Utopia songs and a surprise appearance from Kanye West. The dates were announced by Live Nation, which listed all the below dates; the company’s social media post and ticket pages have since been deleted. Pitchfork has reached out to Scott’s representatives for comment.

While Scott has performed at festivals and one-off events, the tour marks his first major U.S. run of dates since the 2021 Astroworld Festival tragedy, which resulted in ten deaths and countless injuries. In late July, Houston police released an extensive report on the event, in which Scott recalled being told through his earpiece “you got to wrap it up, it’s getting kinda hectic out there.” He claimed that he was not made aware of the gravity of the situation until later.

Prior to the police report, a Harris County grand jury determined that Scott would not be criminally charged in connection with the event. Scott and Live Nation still face multiple civil suits over Astroworld, though some have been settled.
