Nine Inch Nails’ Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross have shared the track “Outside” from their score for Netflix’s film Bird Box. Listen to the nearly 13-minute song below. The post-apocalyptic thriller stars Sandra Bullock, Trevante Rhodes (Moonlight), Sarah Paulson, and others. An abridged, 10-track digital version of the Bird Box soundtrack is available for purchase and is slated to appear on streaming services by January 25 “or sooner.” According to Nine Inch Nails’ website, Reznor and Atticus will also be releasing a “more expansive (read: self-indulgent) physical-only offering this spring” that’ll include an additional hour of music and more.
Last year, Reznor and Ross scored Jonah Hill’s Mid90s. This year, they’re set to score HBO’s new “Watchmen” adaptation and Joe Wright’s The Woman In the Window.
