MEANING: to arrange or manipulate, especially by means of clever or thorough planning or manoeuvring:
VERB : to compose or arrange (music) for performance by an orchestra.
Lacking a full blown orchestra and the shortage of room to accommodate them I had to rely on my trusty PC to emulate the classical sounds. That turned out to be the easy part due to sheer enjoyment - and this symphony of sound stretched into a 14 minute masterpiece. Ditch the masterpiece and concentrate on the objective. In this instance I had to compose and arrange the tune by manipulation, some might say cleverly (I wouldn’t be so bold), but in fact it took thorough planning and manoeuvring to ensure the song was exactly 2 minutes long.
